What is Premenstrual Syndrome?

Age 10 to 12: Ten drops in a little water two to three times per day.
Age twelve and up: 10 to15 drops in a little water three to four times a day.

How long until I see results?
Begin use about 5 days before the onset of menstruation or when the first signs of PMS are noted. Improvement is apparent within about 5 minutes.
